Business Registration Information & Forms

Certain types of companies, including membership campgrounds, professional charitable fund raisers, and companies that hold consumer credit contracts with Iowans are required by law to file documents with the Consumer Protection Division. This section includes a list of forms that can be printed, completed and returned to the Iowa Attorney General's Office.
